Q: Vic, Hypo, Version33, what's with all the different names?
A: Version33 is the name I attach to all my coding successes, hence the name of the site. I go by
Hypo, or
Hypocaust, when I'm speedrunning*. Some of my writing requires different pen names, and
Vic is just my internet name and has been since the mid 90s.
*It's the name of the Romans' central-heating technology and translates roughly to 'light a fire under', which is actually a clever name for a speedrunner if you think about it.
Q: You know your writing is bad, right?
A: This is exactly the kind of question that shows you don't understand great literature.
